I'm doing my due to help Walmart to compete with that giant Amazon to balance the power, pray tell what irony?
The fact that you complain about Amazon putting businesses out of businesses when Walmart does the same thing. If you dont see the irony, then I cant help you. Have a good day.

The way to prevent Amazon from monopolizing is to help its rival. Small one-man run companies like the one that sold me a toy panda from China on ebay are not its rival. It doesn't help if we all buy from that seller. If you don't understand that, good for you.
Now lemme tell ya what the real irony is: that I do own some shares of AMZN.

The point is that Walmart was the architect of the model of giant business squashing small businesses in towns across the country. Walmart is probably responsible for more small businesses going under than any other single company in our history. To hold them up as the David to Amazons Goliath is a bit ridiculous.

There's a cookware on Amazon, Walmart and Target. It took 3 business days from ordering at Target to delivery to me. It was defective, so I considered reordering from one of the three sites. If I order today, it would be delivered on 3/1 Friday (3 days) by either Walmart or Target, while Amazon's (non-Prime member) delivery date would be 3/8. I decided to reorder from Target as there is something else I need and can make a free shipping. But, 7 day difference between Amazon and the others.
I never use amazon, e Bay is my first stop, from there it’s the least expensive vendor.
