Target.com - small delivery charge in cart (used, cents)

Is anyone else seeing a delivery charge of under $1.00 in their cart? I have over $50 of items in my cart, so there should be $0.00 for delivery, instead I see either 75 cents (86 cents when I remove an item.) A Target rep said it was a glitch, and that they'd remove the fee once I place my order, but I'm wondering how many people are placing orders not noticing this extra charge.
