No matter what, compared to the old days when you just dropped something off at a UPS store or had a mailman pick it up going to a Kohl's location is a pain. They are not all over like McDonald's

I remember when Amazon first changed I had a customer try to give me a "Kohls return" and I kept telling her that was not a postal label. After three go rounds I guess she finally bought a return from Amazon rather than taking the 30 minute after noon, or hour plus rush hour drive to the local Kohls.

I think Amazon Locker allows returns too, if you have stuff that isn't too large. Might be one closer than Kohl's for some folks.

My nearest Kohl's is at least half an hour away in a high traffic area. I probably won't be doing that.

You can do the same at UPS, whichever is more convenient for you. Don't even have to print a label anymore.

At our Kohl's they have a separate kiosk set up for the Amazon returns.
They give a 25% off coupon to Kohl's and we used it.
We do shop at Kohl's anyway, but we probably would not gone to Kohl's that day so I would guess it's a win for them too.

It's very convenient, they credit the refund to my credit card.

Last Sunday at my local, 30 minutes away on Sunday, Kohls the Amazon line was longer than the main Kohls checkout line.
