I've only tried the Cascadian organic fries and wasn't impressed. I went back to making my own with organic potatoes. I slice them so they're flat, throw the raw slices in a sandwich bag that has a little canola oil to coat, then put them on a small baking pan. In the toaster oven they go at 425 degrees. When they start to get golden on the bottom, usually around 15 minutes in, I flip them. It takes about another 10 minutes for them to be done.
