You should be jumping for joy that the minimum wage hasn't kept pace with inflation. Otherwise it would be over $22 an hour now.

Rising prices isn't caused by raising minimum wage, or they'd drop minimum wage like a hot potato to lower prices. Higher prices are caused by companies making incredible profits and still raising their prices, just because they can. And they're thrilled to keep people blaming the wrong things for inflation because then all the attention is off them.
