Kohl’s used to have great customer service. Now, depends on certain Kohl’s. Not all of them do. Sometimes you go to their Customer Service desk and no one is there.

What places have good or great customer service?

The ones that are smart enough to hire good quality dedicated employees. Otherwise, it's just a crap shoot no matter what business it is.

I have 2 Targets in my area, one has super great employees that go out of their way to help you and the other store you never can find an employee. Similar to some Home Depot stores.

I live in a rural area and Walmart is about the only place to get groceries without driving 30 miles. The employees are super helpful and friendly. I guess there are exceptions for everything.

Discover Card has the best customer service as far as credit cards go.... well that has been my experience. I can actually hold a conversation an understand the representative.
