Repeating something when you haven't invested even a minimal effort in investigating whether it is true is like saying, "Have you heard about our neighbor, Mr. Smith? I don't know if this is true or false but he might be a child molester."

Totally irresponsible.

I like Target way better, Walmart is now only wanting to hire part-timers here, no more full time and benefits at all, even some of the full timers are getting their hours cut to part-time, if they dont like it they will just bring in some one that wants part time hours. This isnt just cause the economy is bad, its the way they want to do business for now on, I have a friend that works there.

Target being French? Is that why so many give it the swishy name Tar-zhey?

Thankfully, my budget allows me the extra shekels to shop at Target - when the mood strikes. Using coupons and sales, I find that my local grocer is just as cheap for anything other than new underwear or DVDs. Anyway, the Walmarts in my area are just plain nasty and are becoming unsafe. I've noticed letters to the editor of our town newspaper are calling for a greater police presence at the Walmarts because the number of purse snatchings and parking lot assaults are rising.

I hate to tell you this Dick, but without the French who won the Revolutionary War for us, we'd be paying homage to the Queen and speaking with British accents.

But I thnik we repaid them in in WWII alone;otherwise they would still be goose stepping;so I don't think that has any bearing. Persoanlly I shop at both but probably wal-mart about 10-1.

I don't like Walmart, I like Target. I know Target is French owned and so forth. Their quality is better and the stores are cleaner. There is a little bit of "this and that" in every major Corporation. . . oh well.

I prefer Target over Walmart. The stores are generally nicer, cleaner, and more friendly than Walmart. The people are also better at Target than at Walmart.

Price wise, Target isn't bad either. When compared to Walmart, Target prices are very close to Walmart's "low" prices. It makes it worth going to Target. Below are two investigations that a Tampa news station did- Walmart vs. Target. The price difference isn't bad to me at all.

So- to answer your question- TARGET!!

I never thought I would see those words coming from a conservative. What's next a liberal who does not like Starbucks.
