In my paper is an ad for 15% off your entire purchase today only 1/22 for TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods and AJ Wright.

None of these stores have ever had this before but I think it's because of a settlement agreement when consumers personal data was stolen or at risk.

I will enjoy the savings at HomeGoods

"We apologize if your credit rating went down the toilet and you had to go through the great hassle of checking up on your accounts or even canceling them.We also apologize for keeping the breach under wraps to protect our own hides. here's 15% off so you can keep on shopping at our stores in case you haven't stopped doing so b/c of said breach. I mean come on, it can't happen twice, right?"

-TJX CEO

yeah, no thanks, 15% isn't that much at all considering the chaos this company put people through b/c of this. I still shop at TJ Maxx (b/c they do have nice stuff), but I try to use only cash, or, very rarely, a CC. I'm too paranoid to use a debit card.

I still would have loved to buy stuff w/ the discount, but this is the first time I'm hearing about it, and it's now 1/23, so I guess I missed the sale.
