We have one of the largest cap. frig made by Samsung the RFG298AAPN IT is 29 CU FT, FRENCH DOOR FRIG and it is huge. Holds everything and then some. IT has Twin Ice Maker holds and makes double the ice of a standard fridge.
Tall doors that hold everything you can imagine.
5 LARGE SHELVES
COOL SELECT PANTRY ONE OF MY FAVORITES, it hold huge platters, a 1/2 sheet cake no problems, large pizzas no problem. Fits so much i cannot believe it. With temp select
LED LIGHTING
Power Freeze and Power Cool temps.
Surround Air Flow for even temp of the frig.
Bottom frig is so big, i cannot believe it. So much more larger and can fit more then any side by side we have ever owned.
Water fileter is great, and the water even taste good. Yes I am more then happy with this frig, never loved a frig as i do love this one. I have had GE FRIG. WHIRLPOOL FRIG, MAYTAG, FRIGIDAIRE, AND THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE EVER OWNED. Worth the price. I did review it prior to purchasing it, and everyone who ownes it does love this frig.
Even has a place to put one bottle of wine.

DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE!!!!! We bought a front loading washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator approximately 13 months ago. The washer is very loud, and the dishwasher does not dry very well - told after the fact that samsung uses convection technology that just doesn't heat as well. I have had service on both the dishwasher and dryer TWICE - both times had to wait about 2 weeks for service due to limited technicians authorized in the Charlotte, NC area. I am having a third issue with my dishwasher and now they tell me it is out of warranty. They will consider extending it, but I have to "apply" for the extension and that alone takes up to 48 hours, then if approved, another 24 hours to get a service ticket to approve the tech to come fix it. Customer service is AWFUL, products are AWFUL, and I will NEVER buy another samsung EVER!!! Hope that helps in your decision - at least I got to vent a little! :0)

I purchased a DV218AEW dryer and had to replace the control board after 1 year and the belt 6 months later. Samsung said your warranty is up and you will have to pay for it yourself. It is very difficult to get repair people for these products. Samsung does not stand behind their products. Customer service is awful they just said sorry I cant help you. I will never purchased this name again.

My appliance repair mna who has serviced them for 45 years said from waht he has seen in newer wahsers and dryer;Whirlpool is as good at its gets overall. But he also told me to keep my older Maytags as long as possible because they were the best he ever saw as far as reliablity does. He alos asaid he gets more compliants about fron loaders than any especailly on smells.

For some time I thought Samsung was a good brand, but their stuff doesn't last long, at least with me. Sure, you have your warranty, but still, it is annoying. Even LG seems more reliable.
With Asian appliances the problem is they are too sophisticated. It seems to me that less sophisticated, more mechanical appliances just last longer, they are less vulnerable. Similar to cars.
I have a washing machine from the Turkish manufacturer Beko, very solid and reliable, but low-tech. Cost just 1/2 to 1/3 of Samsung, Siemens, etc. models.

My experience with Samsung has not good. I had two Samsung LED TV's -- one a 48" and one a 52". Some capacitors in both went out under warranty and then other capacitors went out shortly after the warranties expired. There's a class-action lawsuit against Samsung for using inferior Chinese capacitors that werent strong enough for the units.

I also has a Samsung monitor which died right after the one-year warranty expired. That was -- and will be -- my last Samsung purchase.
