What Laundry Detergent Do You Like?

Arm & Hammer, Purex and at times store brands I get at walmart, the grocery stores charge way too much.

I add Washing Soda or Borax to the cheaper brands, you only need a little of this, I think washing soda is in most detergents, the washing soda is in a big yellow box (not baking soda) the Borax box is white and green, tho the prices went up on these also.

Homemade spray & wash
1/3 C liquid detergent
1/3 C water
1/3 C Amnonia

put in spray bottle it works great.

Ditto Flamingo's response. I love the smell of Gain's scents and am glad that they came out with that for the high efficiency washing machines now. Before that, I was using Tide's brand. I also use the oxygen non-chorline bleach on occasion.

On my whites (when I used bleach), I love Clorox. It makes all my socks white-white...
