I will tell you this I am convinced that retail hires the people who have very few brain cells . I went into a rite aid drug store to pick up a few things and I set the alarm off when I tried to leave so I stopped because they called me back and knowing I had not shop lifted . I recently purchased a really nice coat at a thrift store . They insisted that the coat had something in it and they took out a pair of scissors and cut the hem out of my coat !!!! I was furious and I was also embarrassed in front of other people in the store . I went home and immediately called their corporate office and told the lady that they must have hired the most incompetent and illiterate people in the entire universe and she was saying " oh I think you are making a big deal out of nothing , oh really ? so I went to the papers and embarrassed rite aid drugstores and they then were falling all over themselves to appease me . I told them NO and to stop calling my home or else I would be visiting the state attorneys office for harassment .They sent me a check for 250.00 for a new coat . I never signed anything and never cashed the check either so they are still on my crap list .

Stop returning so much stuff and pay with cash. Unless you return stuff so often they recognize your face, they have no way of tracking who you are if you pay in cash.

How often do you return and why? Do you return makeup often? The associates at the makeup counters are commission. They lose that commission if they get returns.
