as advertised (also on Perfect Fit Buttons.com)? They are for when your waistline gets too big and you can't fit into your pants, you snap the buttons on a front part of the pants that gives you a few inches more room

What i want to know is what do you do with the existing button on your pants, like if it is a metal jeans button, do you remove it? I missed what the TV ad showed
