I shop on Amazon and Ebay all the time, never had a problem. I also run several retail sites for other people and myself and only once in awhile will someone have a problem and call will lots of questions. It seems people are becoming a lot more comfortable with online shopping.

I shop online ALL the time...

My daughter usually wants something that everyone else wants so buying it online is the better choice then running all over town.

I have shopped with
Amazon
Ebay
Target
Disney (ALOT)
Toyr R Us
Game Stop (video games)

I have never had a problem, even when I shop at the holidays, give them the time they say they need and they get it too me on time.

Another thing I have done with both Circuit City and Best Buy is to do the shopping online and then pick it up at the store so no shipping charges AND I don't have to wander around the store HOPING that someone will help me...its alot easier if you know what your looking for.

The only online shopping I do seems to be for my animals. I buy all of my heartworm/flea control, treats, and shampoo from online suppliers. Anything else and I usually want to touch it, try it on, etc. I have seen too much stuff of, ahem, questionable quality show up when it has been ordered from a catalog or website.
