Jeff Sadow is a local professor at LSUS and writes a good deal on local gov't., politics, etc.

I came across his recent comments regarding how citizen apathy seems to allow local government to operate in a somewhat dubious manner:

What's even more interesting is that despite this revelation by Sadow... there's no comments made by readers. Either they don't care or they don't bother reading... I'm guessing it's a bit of both.

People here don't seem to engage in dialog about things, some have no interest to discuss details about anything. Its symptomatic across the spectrum of citizenry.
Far too often too many seem either uninterested, or intimidated by any view points they did not generate themselves.
