My boyfriend and I are moving to Shreveport for his medical internship. We need somewhere that allows dogs and is considered "safe" and at least somewhat "quiet." He has to drive to Ruston a few times a week as well, so we can't live too far from Shreveport or between that and Ruston. Any recommendations? Any places to stay away from? Thanks!
