The North Sioux City/McCook Lake/Dakota Dunes area is a very desirable area to live in.
It's close enough to Sioux City for amenities, yet still outside of Sioux City (or Sewer City as we SF residents say
).
Dakota Dunes will be more expensive to live in, but North Sioux City will be more reasonable.
For recreation, McCook Lake is right next to North Sioux City, and the Missouri River runs through the center of the Sioux City area.
