Theyll bounce back I think, its just a very rough patch IMHO. I think he probably will dip into the Jan transfer market but whoever he buys will be at an inflated price because of the short time the window is open.
I am not worried about their form, its the recent transfer activity that is a concern. Obviously Glazers want the money for themselves. Football has changed with recent Sheiks (sp) and Russian billionaires money so it is only Ferguson's experience that keeps Man Utd at the top. But his experiment with the team is not working and this is not based on EPL results only, the champions league was the mirror of this failed experiment.

What a Manchester derby today, the way Manchester City came back made for an exciting 2nd half and what a header by Rooney.

Utd almost blew it when they really should've slaughtered them. Any win against the "lousy neighbors" is good, but Utd should've stepped up even more in 2nd half and do some revenge for the 1:6 humiliation.
And Scholes is back from retirement . That just shows how badly SAF needs creative mid. Hope he can find one ASAP.

The good thing is the injuries eased a lot now so there will be more fit players to choose from.

The bad thing: it means more team rotation .

Scholes back from retirement...ugh. I love Scholes of course but after he was subbed in i remembered why Alex stopped starting him during his last year...age has caught up with him (nothing to be ashamed of). That header by Rooney against the run of play...amazing! Let's have this FA CUP!

David Silva is injured...we'll see how City deal with the injuries to main players...

United's FA cup victory over City was very refreshing..just what the doctor ordered!

I think city will cope! They can just put Yaya Toure further up field, just as dangerous as Silva.

Silva injured? It says nothing about this injury on FPL .

Yeah..doesn't look very serious but hopefully it'll make them continue to struggle.

Pete what do you make of the talk about Morrison and Pogba? I'm not super familiar with them other than what i've heard but i reckon we should start one in midfield if they are that promising. At least in the FA cup or once we have a decent lead against lesser opponents. They are 18-19...old enough i figure.

Spurs are the team to watch this weekend. Should be an easy 3 points against Wolves. These are my predictions:

Villa 1-1 Everton
Blackburn 0-1 Fulham
Chelsea 2-0 Sunderland
Liverpool 2-1 Stoke
Man United 4-1 Bolton
Spurs 2-0 Wolves
WBA 1-1 Norwich
Newcastle 0-2 QPR (they'll suffer without Ba)
Swansea 0-2 Arsenal (Henry to score again)
