Nope. I am sitting in a house with a load of Man Utd fans laughing my arse off at the way they are getting so worked up and blaming the referee. Delighted I am Pete. What about you
I am doing pretty well. I am not losing my mind because of this.
We have 19 of them already anyway .

First premier league game I've watched in years and I must say, it's the same overrated, skill-less league it has always been. The British media had me expecting a good game, one on the level of el clasico you might say, but it wasn't close to being a masterclass of two great football teams. Quite the opposite, in fact.
I do have to admit that Scholes is a machine, though. It's amazing that he's still so good at his age. Why oh why did he not go to Spain or Italy where his undeniable skill and mastery of the midfield would have been appreciated.
I was also disappointed to see Manchester City win. If there's one thing I despise in football, it's billionaire sugardaddies pumping endless amounts of money into teams which have wallowed in the cesspit of mediocrity for the last 50 years in an attempt to buy trophies. The FFP rules need to wipe that out and fast, although I have little faith in UEFA implementing strict rules.
Kind of hard to argue against that statement, especially when you look at the records and see that we are by far the most successful team of the Premiership era with 12 titles and our so-called rivals Liverpool and Man City have a combined whopping total of 0.
Even if City do win the title, it will take them 12 consecutive seasons of winning the title to be able to claim the title of most successful Premiership team.

I'm pretty sure all the United and City fan's found it quite exciting, considering what was on the line.
I'm not a fan of Spanish football and have never found "El Classico" to be as exciting as the Spanish media hype it up to be, maybe if I gave a crap about Spanish football I would think different, but I don't.

Because he is born and bred Manchester and didn't want to leave his beloved club or home. They tried to tempt him away but he chose home and club over money. Something John will argue because he believes every player is motivated only by money.

I agree totally, actions like this is why the salary cap exists and I would hate to see that brought into English Football.

And I kinda suspect the sheik of arabia will have interest in playing fantasy football live for that long .

These billionaires buying football clubs - I cannot help but think they're just tryin to play Championship Manager, but in the real world. Last time I played it, I cheated by making the club I was managing (Cardiff City) mega rich, eventually getting them into the Champions League. Same thing really, only they're doing it with real clubs and real money.

Football is run on money. Everyone is going to have to get use to it because its here to stay. Chelsea did it and now City are doing it. Man Utd have spent 100s of millions over the past few years too along with Chelsea and City and so do Liverpool.

But Citeh spent over a billion in just 2 years.
100's millions seems to be nothing nowadays. I think we will see this spending by Citeh continue until they win CL (if they can at all).
Look now, this summer they will be interested in all Man Utd targets.
They started already by sniffing around Hazard, after SAF declared interest in him.
Chelski did the same in previous years, always running for Utd targets. Remember Essien, Robben, Obi deals?
Especialy Obi one?
They all try to emmulate Utd, but that is not going to work. Utd will always come back.
Simply, Utd have class, tradition, SAF .... they have it all.
The club where Shaun Goater is one of the greatest cannot be consider "big" and classy, don't you think? No offense to Goater.

Are you getting used to it John? Because you were the loudest in criticizing players going after money only.
You gotta admire Scholes, John.
Loyal, quiet, no money driven player, extraordinary qualities: passing, shooting, tackling not that much and only playing for one club.
