That's great news! I always look with envy at the mighty Südtribüne of Borussia Dortmund's Westfalen stadium. 25,000 people jumping up and down at the same time... It'd be great if more European leagues would follow the example.

Exactly Avondrood, the stadiums of Celtic, Rangers, Hearts, Hibs, Dundee United and Aberdeen would be a lot more noisy and there pretty noisy at present even though everyone is sitting down! Standing up with no fear of being chucked out will create a great atmosphere there's no doubt.
Rumor has it Man Utd fans are going to protest the English FA if they bring this in in England as this will make eating their prawn crackers hazardous to their health.
Lol I can't understand why a stadium the size of Old Trafford has such a boring atmosphere (think you have just answered that with the cheese crackers!) their away fans are great and make a lot of noise, must be because your average fan just can't afford a season ticket to places like Old Trafford and the Emirates.
They may be! But will still be an intimidating place to visit hopefully this will get the ball rolling and more teams will follow suit!
