Hmmmm...Favorite team from each country?..or the one you follow??
Not the same thing.

My favorite team:

Ecuador - Barcelona Sporting Club (Guayaquil) "El Idolo".
Before anyone asks, the team was founded/supported by Catalán/Spanish immigrants in 1925. In gratitude, it took the name of the city (Barcelona). It is also the most popular team in Ecuador.

The ones I follow when I have a chance:

MLS - Houston Dynamo, DC United, and whatever team the city of Miami past/present/future fields.
Colombia - Atlético Junior de Barranquilla (Junior Tu Papá, Los Tiburones)
Perú - Alianza Lima (Intimos, Grones)
Chile - Colo Colo (El Cacique)
Argentina - Racing de Avellaneda (La Academia), Estudiantes de La Plata (Los Pincharratas)
Brasil - Sao Paulo (Tricolor)
Uruguay - Peñarol (Manya, Aurinegros)
México - Necaxa (Rayos)

Im just saying you should watch ARG BRA instead of USA (?) or Australia (??) leagues, cause often the best players in the world start playing in some crappy argentinian or brazilian team, and then get shipped to europe

Well, I put a US team and a Brazilian team. I have never seen an Argentine club game, and even if I did I don't think I would have a "favorite" team, because I have no connection there. I have watched hundreds of Premier league games and I still don't have a favorite year in and year out.

Go for the Newcastle Jets here in the A-League, who are my local team.
Also go for the namesake team in the UK, just to be original.
But other than that only really follow the World Cup (Rugby codes are much bigger here).
