Nice hat trick for Sturridge. Oddly impressive performances for Liverpool with no Suarez around these last two games!

Norwich and Newcastle both will massive, massive wins. I'm amazed they both got all 3 pts the way they've been playing lately.

Really puts Wigan in a tough spot. Now they do need a point at Arsenal at the very least.

There is no denying Rooney would improve 99% of teams on earth. Juventus, Milan, Inter, Dortmund (giving that Lewandowski is off this month to Bayern) Chelsea etc. He would improve all them teams.

Every French team including PSG, Every German team (even Bayern are said to be interested) and every Spanish team, excluding Barca and MAYBE Madrid, would take him. How many players can say that?

I don't know about how often he'd start at teams like Madrid, Bayern, etc. And at this point, on his current form, he actually might be overpriced. heck if you're going to throw 30-40 million at a player may as well try to snag a Falcao.

He'd start at every other team on earth outside the Spanish top two and German champions and Manchester teams, without a doubt.

Yeah but i don't reckon he wants to join any of those other teams...PSG maybe but going from United and Premiership to Ligue 1 is an obvious downgrade.

Tony Cascarino is a legendary striker in France, Rooney going there would be all about the money as that league wouldn't have much of a challenge for him. It does give me another reason to hate PSG if he does go.

PSG can offer him a brilliant improving league at a team that look set to dominate and a team that look like they will do well in Europe regularly.

People hype the EPL a bit to much, Frances top flight isn't exactly that far behind. The EPL just has 3 world class squads instead of 1.
