List is crap. Hazard 58th? I bet the likes of Welbeck and Cleverly will be in the top 30 though. Cazorla is number 73. His a lot better then number 73.

Oscar overrated at 37. Someone said Hazard is 58? Haven't gotten there yet...those guys should swap places, at the very least
