Here are the matches in the group stage that will take place in an environment of EXTREME HEAT:

Mexico x Cameroon - 1:00 PM in Natal

Germany x Portugal - 1:00 PM in Salvador

Costa Rica x Italy - 1:00 PM in Recife

Uruguay x Italy - 1:00 PM in Natal

Germany x USA - 1:00 PM in Recife

I say FIFA is insane if those games are kept to really happen at 1:00 PM

The contest for the most pathetic group between C and H is pretty strong.

My vote goes for C because of powerful Belgium

Do you know the reason? So Europe can watch the games on TV live in a comfortable time. Great, isn't it?

Yes, FIFA is thinking about the time of the matches in Europe's timezones...

Italy is really really really with bad luck in this Cup...

Besides having to face Uruguay and England, they also will have to play two matches under high temperatures and humidity!

I'm willing to bet England will be coming back home earlier in that group.

The US were dealt a bad hand but they can handle it.

Best case:

Beat Ghana by 2 plus goal, draw with Portugal, lose to Germany by 1 or 2 goals. The you hope that Portugal loses to Germany (which they probably will) and struggle with Ghana.
