This punishment is a joke. Every team on the earth that have scouting system on some decent level have in the youth team a player who does not follow those rubbish rules. Even, dear God Arsene Wenger has said that Barcelona was unfair. He is really hypocrite because he has bought 10s of pleyers who did not follow this rule and united, City, Chelsea, Real Madrid.

UEFA is the most unfair and full of corruption organisation in the world. Full of people who look on the money not to make the football better but to have more wealth and 3rd luxury house in Basel.

2 transfer window ban is the highest punishment that could be done and adding 450 000 euro to this is like putting somebody for 10 years to jail and wanting him to pay 100 euro additionally. It's a funny joke.

I hope Barca have lawyers who can overcome this appeal.

HA-HA-HA

Not even Top 5. Football didn't start in 2005

If Bayern wins the Champions League this year they will almost equal that Barcelona teams accomplishments in fewer time.

The truth is most football pundits say that Pep Guardiola’s Barca team of a few years ago were the best team ever ....... I agree. And so does the people who know football better than us.

Alex Ferguson on FC Barcelona:

Souness: Barca best team ever - Liverpool FC

Guardiola's Barcelona the best ever, says Martino - Goal.com

Soccer: Why Barca is the best of all time - ESPN

Alex Ferguson: 'Barcelona were the best team I faced' - Sports Mole

Ibrahimovic: 'Barcelona the best team ever' - ESPN FC

I am not talking bout trophies - simply breathtaking football

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder

"In the end, we'll be unwatchable like Barca. They'll be passing it backwards on the goal-line,"

Very true.

Me, personally, the games of the mid to late 2000s where Barca were unplayable is the best I have ever seen.

Ban lifted, pending appeal yada yada yada. Like I said, Barca too big to be punished to the full extent of the rules. If it was Shelbourne or Sunderland they wouldnt stand a chance imho

This is a decent article about it, I didn't hear the news before.

FIFA suspends Barcelona transfer ban, club can sign players - Soccer - SI.com

Basically, Barca can build a plan to stock up ahead of time so teh transfer ban is more meaningless.
