Not sure what the penalty was for or why the whistle was blown in relation to the Croatian goal. As for Neymar he was very lucky not to get sent off, it was a red card in my view and Brazil should really have been down to 10 men.

Perhaps the poor refereeing merely reflects the poor and corrupt leadership in football in Blatter and FIFA.
