Europe is a big place, the love of soccer reaches every corner of Europe - now I know South America loves football to, this isn't a contest.
At least the USA can take pride in the fact that soccer is not a big deal here like it is in Europe or South America.

The U.S.A. supports real sports.

Come on Sophie don't be so arrogant, yes we know you like football there too but to dismiss it as being any different in Europe is wrong, have you seen the attendance's for football matches in England or Germany?? If football is so much more important in Argentina then how comes the match attendance's are so much lower?

Can you name another sport in the U.S that has outdoor viewing parties with massive crowds other than the Super Bowl?

The American basketball national team plays and no one cares. Same goes for the World Baseball Classic.

The USMNT is the most popular national team in the country.

Football - the one played with the feet, not the hands - is a REAL sport.

Don't ya know? It's called football cus the "ball" is a foot long. LOL. That's the new counter argument.

What would it be called in nations with the metric system? 0.304 meter ball?

There's a thread that was started and is now a sticky back from 2012, it reads that soccer fans don't revs to troll the other forums but the soccer board gets trolled like crazy by fans of other sports. This is very true.
