I know futsal is more demanding, but I know people who play football at age 35-40 for teams.. after a few weeks training your fitness levels will rise a lot

Futsal is a five-a-side indoor soccer game. It is the only indoor football, which is recognized by FIFA. Unlimited substitutions are permitted it this game. This game have a lot positive environment and benifits that is also a reson players will play after 30 also.
