The Netherlands, Belgium and Portugal have NEVER won the World Cup? Belgium or Portugal have NEVER even played in the final so why are they the 'usual suspects'??

Big time goaltending from the English 'keeper (vs Colombia)..
Same for the Russians..

I'm still riding the Swedish bandwagon.

If England, Belgium or even Sweden won I could deal with it. Must admit it would’ve been more exciting for me if the United States was in the tournament

My rooting interest heading into the World Cup:

1. Iceland
2. Serbia
3. Anyone other than Mexico

Outside of that I wanted to see Argentina and England fail. Then hoping for good games and upsets. It's been a mixed bag for me. Of the remaining teams my ideal final would be Belgium v Croatia.

I'm an American soccer fan who was hoping Mexico would do well. I've never much cared for the traditional SA teams like Brazil and Argentina. At this point I really don't much care, just really want to see some good games.

France is looking great with players like Mbappe. It will be a great Finale to see France with either Russia or England !!! France should Beat Uruguay and Brazil (theatrics of Neymar) on the way to Final.

First, I'll say that I'm not a fan of Neymar's flopping and rolling. It's a silly distraction to what should be an otherwise excellent match by both teams. That said, it's an absolute that he will get his antics into any game.

However, it also needs to be said that he usually is and actually was very focused in that last match against Mexico. That was evident in the way he was instrumental in knocking in the first goal, then assisting in the second. If Neymar is dismissed by any team, they do so to their own detriment.
