Now that 21 FIFA World Cup tournaments are now officially in the history books, I wanted to see which World Cup was the best one for people and why! I know it is quite subjective to a degree but I still want you guys to offer your opinion on which World Cups you liked best and for what reasons. If you have watched multiple World Cups, that's even better for this discussion thread!

You're right in that this thread could become a bit subjective in nature, but in my opinion today's World Cups have to be so much better. They offer so much more in the way of television camera angles, commentary, color, fans and festivities when compared to the early non-televised ones from when WCs began!
We of today's world will always opt for what we're currently seeing and experiencing now. However, it must've been just as exciting to the fans of 1930s Uruguay, Italy, Italy then Uruguay again in 1950!
1994 FIFA World Cup (it was my first world cup, Roberto Baggio was the best player in this world cup and the one who made me love soccer)
1998 FIFA World Cup
Brasil in Mexico, wining it agiain in the late 60’s
