No one wants another auto parts store? I would rather have one over less desired businesses inclusive of dollar stores, payday loan stores and precious metals stores.
No. And we already got a new Auto Zone or whatever over there. We already have enough auto part stores. We want things that we don't already have.
But can you answer my question, please. This is the 3rd time I'm asking. Do you know what else is going into the strip mall that you said is being built on 81? Other than Mickey D's, and Family Dollar?
I drive by it and it seems like a good sized property, but the only sign I see is for Mickey D's.
Advance Auto Parts and Auto Zone has been a duopoly of nationwide auto part stores for several years. O'Reilly Auto Parts has grown to be a strong competitor. Another auto parts store would create competition in price, service and quality.
I know McDonald's is very popular. I would not mind seeing an alternative on East Greenville Street like Cook-Out.
...why-can't-you-answer-my-question? It's a simple yes or no. You seem to get retail/food info before anybody else that's why I'm asking you. Now I thought it was just a Mickey D's being built, but you said it was also a strip mall going in there, and looking at the property, it looks big enough.
So please, CK, for the 4th time: do you have any idea of what's coming beside new McDonalds? All I want to know. I don't want speculation, I just wanna know if you know or not.

I do not know anything else coming to East Greenville Street at this time.
