Heritage Plaza is a retail center located at 81 Pope Avenue, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina 29928-4709 in the Coligny area. Existing businesses include
New York City Pizza,
Bicycle Billy's, and
Plantation Cafe and Deli.
Residence Inn:
A six-level Residence Inn by Marriott is planned for the rear of the site adjacent to Sage Room. The proposal includes 104 units, six units being on the ground level, and a rooftop bar and pool. The elevator shaft will be 65 feet high, five feet higher above the 60 feet limit.
Sage Room will remain open as it undergoes a remodel and renovation.
