Poly-America, a polyethylene film manufacturer, is investing $100 million into establishing operations in Chester County as Carolina Poly, Incorporated. It will open a new 475,000 square feet facility on 198 acres at 1580 Lancaster Highway, Chester, South Carolina 29706-6776. It is projected to be operational in mid-2017.
