If you could choose a spot for a picture that defines the great state of South Carolina, wherected would it be?

Thats kind of tough considering how diverse the landscape here is. Like the mountains and rolling hills of the upstate look nothing like the low country and coastal areas.

Overall though, I would probably say an old plantation on the marsh in the Low Country somewhere.

Something coastal. That's what people think of most about SC. Get a palmetto tree in it.

Table Rock with the little lake beside it, because it isn't what most people are expecting.

or the Furman clock tower on the lake with Paris Mountain in the background.

Yup. For a lot of people, SC is essentially the coast and little else.
