That seems to contradict what Sen Peeler was saying, that I-73 funding was cutting into other projects like I-26 expansion.
But yeah, you know when the trucking industry is arguing for higher gas taxes, it is time to raise them.
I agree. They should raise the gas tax i'm all for that. I think thought we need a lot more oversight into where that money goes and ALOT more checks and balances on that issue. Hugh Leatherman is serving the needs of Florence and not the state. As a senator, thats fine to a point, but as Pro Temp, Chairman of B & F Committee, Chairman of the Infrastructure Bank, its unethical.
