Does anyone have information on homeowners insurance for Bluffton? i.e. homeowners, flood and hurricane (wind) insurance? Seeing some numbers of $1200 for hurricane and $700 for flood with $1200 for regular homeowners. We had $2000 for hurricane and $500 for flood in Nokomis FL.

I just purchased a home in Bluffton. Homeowners was $738 annual and flood was a little under $400. We moved into cypress ridge and really like it. More of a young family community, which is perfect for us.

Did you not have to get hurricane or windstorm damage insurance?
