Gay-Friendly Real Estate Agent (Aiken: neighborhood, buyers, working)

Does anyone on this thread have a recommendation for a buyer's agent with experience working with same-sex couples in Aiken? I should stress the word experience! I would also take gay-friendly and has worked with "unconventional" buyers in general. I should stress that the agent does not need to be lgbt himself/herself, but would hopefully be able to think through details related to finding a neighborhood fit and not being married in the financial aspects.
