I am having a problem subscribing to a thread or forum, I have to constantly look up the thread or forum and hit the needed selection (South Dakota). What do I need to do to keep the thread or forum present when I login.

Thanks

At the top left of the page, you'll see "My Settings". Click on that. On the left side, down the page a little, you'll see and area for Subscribed threads. That is where you set it up.

Let me know if you can't figure it out, but it should be pretty easy once you get to that point.

Default I tried that

Thanks for replying, but I tried that and it did not work. One thing help was when I was reading some threads on the top right side of the thread stated something to the nature subsribe to thread or pick this thread, and that was the only way I was able to keep the forum present when I login into the city-data.com.

That will work too. When you asked, I had to really stop and think because I don't subscribe to threads. To me it's confusing, I need to keep everything separate so I just scroll down to what I need.

Glad you got it working.

Default How to subscribe to a thread

I realize this posting is old, but after searching for how to subscribe to a thread, this was the only thread that popped up, and I still wasn't sure how to do so.

To subscribe to a thread, click on the words "Thread Tools", on the upper right of the page, above the postings. (It's next to Search This Thread and Display Modes.) A drop-down box will appear, with one option being to subscribe to the thread. You may need to be logged in to do this.

Another way is to log in to the forum you want and then add it to your favorites. You will not have to log in again until you clear your cookies and temporary internet files.
