Hello everyone,
me and my wife are thinking to open a small business\store in downtown Deadwood. I will be glad to hear about any info' on free space in downtown,
how much is the rent(approximately) store & residetial unit.
Is it busy in the summer time... a good place to open a new business-Tshirt store.
thanks for any input

A t-shirt store in Deadwood will do fine during the summer. Especially during Rally Week in nearby Sturgis. Have you contacted any realtors in the Deadwood area?
