I am looking for a spot in the Black Hills with a LARGE group of aspen or birch trees in one photo-friendly area. Any info would be helpful!

Rochford is a great starting place. Also, Vanocker canyon between Nemo and Sturgis.

SD4020, I just want to say a big THANK YOU for directing us to some great areas!!! Found some perfect aspen/birch trees to photograph near Rochford.

Anytime. That part of the hills is a favorite. Also, we were on the needles highway this afternoon. It was a beautiful drive. Plenty of aspen.
