PacRat off Deadwood Avenue is probably the largest.
The Salvation Army is on East Saint Patrick Street.
Then there's a lot of consignment stores and 2nd time stores.
I usually go to Wear It Again Sam's. They can be kind of picky about what you bring in though so make sure there are no frays in jeans and shirts aren't faded.
I know a few ppl that tried selling their gently used baby clothes, to Once Upon a Child.....some of the stuff had the original tags, on it.....the bottom line....about 12 cents to the original dollar spent........

Oh, I won't sell to them! I do much better swapping with my mom's groups! I just wondered if there was anything, because occasionally I buy stuff there.
Rummage sales are a big thing East River. Not sure about West River though.
Sioux Falls had a HUGE rummage sale every April. It's blocks and blocks of rummage. I've never been there cause I'm not a shopper, but several people from Mitchell go over for several days of it. I understand there is a lot of nice stuff and a lot of great bargains. I know it's quite a trip from Rapid, but it may be worth it to just go over for a mini-vacation if you like to rummage.
Personally, my shopping consists of going through the sales and clearance racks of Kmart. You wouldn't believe what good bargains are there sometimes. Also, I buy my clothes off season. Just got done buying some summer clothes about a month ago.
