My husband decided to try his luck at a Caribbean style meal after watching one of the shows on Food Network. He took an inexpensive cut of steak and tenderized it then seasoned with caribbean jerk flavors. Side dishes included black beans and rice with onions and garlic, and pineapple slices dipped in coconut milk then cinnamon/sugar mix and grilled. It was fantastic!!

Was he watching Food Network Food Challenge? I was watching that this afternoon too!! It sounds delicious.
For me, just tacos... Not authentic Mexican... Ground beef, onion, lettuce, tomato, flour tortillas...
but I did use homemade taco seasoning!
