I finally picked up grits...

Tonight was shrimp (in oven at 350 for 10 minutes) and seasoned with Old Bay seasoning. Along with grits, with pepper and butter.

Last night was fried chicken, baked potatoe, mixed veggies (mainly aspergas).

This morning? I'm not sure yet. It's only 5am. It was tough enough to operate the coffee pot. I'll have 3 or 4 cups and then attemp more complicated equipment.

A timer for the coffee maker works I guess. Mine has one, but I have never used it.

My coffee pot is exactly like my microwave oven. I think they are broke. Both of them have blinked 00:00 ever since I bought them.

With a coffee time, the coffee was waiting for me when I got up and again when I opened the shop.
