Chipped beef sure sounds good about now. I'm still plugging away on ye olde diet after the doctor said I was pre-diabetic. I also have a fatty liver caused by my excess weight. I am not that fat but I guess some of us our unlucky :-(
Today I am eating:
Homemade breakfast sausage (low fat)
Applesauce with Splenda (homemade)
Oatmeal
Fish with Mushrooms
Salad
Baked potato
Stuffed Turkey Rolls (very good diabetic recipe from Mr. Food)
Green beans
Salad
No milk any more as I have developed milk intolerance in my old age.
Ah yes, and so it begins. Packing continues and we are eating fried chicken and whatever salads hubby got at the local grocery's deli department. In another week...we should be eating off paper plates 24/7. The deli will be our new best friend. I am so tired I just don't care what I eat at this point.
It was cool and windy here today. Read the weather forecast for tomorrow and the weather guesser is predicting snow. I'll believe it when I see it. It does snow here but usually just after Christmas.
