My daughter is a distributor for an outfit that sells prepared and non-prepared foods in bulk. I finally broke down and bought a box of New York Strip steaks, seasoned and marinated. I NEVER marinate meat so I was very leary.

Tonight, I threw some on the Bar-b-q. They were outstanding!!!! Almost cut them with a fork. I already have a box of Prime Rib steaks coming. Can't wait to taste them next week.

Made some potatoe salad and sliced up some cucumbers to along with the steak. All turned out well.

It might be time to for us to all chip in and buy her a fire extinguisher for Christmas. Or sooner.

I've said it before, and it bears repeating. A smoke alarm is not a dinner timer!

Dinner was a major miss... Wasn't going to wait in line at Texas roadhouse. That place is overrated anyway. The Outback has suck **** poor service was left before they could even seat up. Finally settled on Boston's...
