My wife and I went for a drive today to the west coast of England to a town called
Blackpool. We had a walk on the prom, looked at the sea, and people walking their
dogs on the beach. Then we drove to a wonderful fish and chips take away restaurant
and had fish and chips drenched in salt and vinegar. It was delicious!!

I love fish and chips. The malt vinegar is the best.

Yeah, it was a real nice day. I love the sea, and watching the tide come in. It is obviously
a lot different than South Dakota!! I imagine South Dakota as very dry, a bit like Nevada.
Very hilly, and hot. Probably nothing like that at all!!

During my trip to Rapid City, I stopped and ate a Roller Dog. What???? You know one of those hotdogs on the rollers at the gas station? It just sounded good at the time and by golly, it was good. Pack of relish, pack of ketcup, pack of mustard and a pack of onion. Best darn tube steak I've had in a while.

Tonight was spaghetti, greenbeans, side salad, pineapple chunks, wheat roll, coffee, and milk.

Typical the spaghette was bland, the greenbeans were cold.pineapple was dry, the dinner roll was dry, no butter, coffee and milk were the same temp. Hopefully they will discharge me from the hospital tomorrow.
