It’s noon here, and I like to eat a plate of mixed (raw) veggies once a day at around 10 P.M. (We work at night and so I just woke up an hour ago.)

Last night I was hungrier though, so instead of my veggie platter I had two hot-buttered bagels and thoroughly enjoyed them.

I’m drinking a litre of water with a scoop of Dr. Greggor’s Vita Reds in it. It’s delicious, refreshing, and is *loaded* with polyphenols. I drink this every day upon waking.

Sláinte!

Mahrie.

I’m not eating today. I’d like to shed a few pounds, so instead of my usual OMAD (One Meal A Day) lifestyle, I’m now eating OMAD every other day. When I reach a more comfortable ‘summertime’ weight, I’ll switch back to my usual OMAD every day routine.

Blessings!

Mahrie.
