Hi debey.

I am having leftover brisket with some baked beans. But the garlic mashed potatoes was too much for me and I couldn't eat it it was too strong tasting.

Geez, I wish everyone would quit talking about what they're "eatin". I've been on a low carb diet now for 2 months. Lost 37 lbs. so it is working.

Did you know that EVERYTHING that really tastes good has too many carbs? Do the research. It really is a pain in the you know what.

That is awesome that you lost the weight. I got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a couple years ago so have to eat low carbs. I couldn't agree more about everything that tastes good being high in cards.

Best of luck reaching your weight goal. I have lost 21 lbs since the first of the year.

Thanks. Fortunately I don't have any other reason like you have to lose the weight other than to try to get down to "body beautiful". I still have a minimum of 23 pounds to go yet with a top (maybe unreachable) goal of 33 pounds. Looks like more protein shakes, sauerkraut, pickles, 5-6 oz. of meat, and propel water every day for a couple more months.

Go ahead everyone with more Whatcha Eatin. I can always dream.

I roasted them. Sliced some potatoes and asparagus all laid out on a baking sheet. Chicken thighs on top. Roast in the oven at 425. Is a one pot dinner.
