In light of the -21 temp at 5am I threw this in my crock pot.

Chili
1 Onion Chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 pound ground beef cooked and drained
1 14oz can red, black, or white beans, rinsed and drained
1 14oz can of dark kidney beans
2 14oz cans of Italian Stewed Tomatos
1 cup of home made salsa
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Throw it all in the crockpot at about 6am and it'll be ready about 5pm. I'll make cornbread to have with it.
