Going to do some work on my mother's farm today. Whatever my 92 year old mother will fix for dinner today will be greasy, fried, and absolutely delicious. Years of cooking "healthy" with lard and bacon grease has taken a tole on her health. She might not live much past 100.

Well when I die I want to die happy. Eat bacon. My body may be a temple. It is also an amusement park.

I don't know what to call it.

Brown some Deer burger.
1/4 cup of bacon grease
1/2 onion chopped up

When the burger is done, add some flour and stir it in. Then add milk and make kind of a gravy.

I baked 5 potato's but not quite done. Slice the potato's ( Don't ruin them by peeling them) into the above gravy and throw a lid on it. Stir it occasionally.

About 10 minutes before it's done, throw in some snap beans (fresh). But don't cook too long cause you want the snap beans to be kind of crisp, but hot.

And of course, 4 or 5 jalapena's on the side.
