Funny how Tx. is getting cooler and we just had a bit of a warmup. We actually hit 69 degrees yesterday after being down in the 40s for our highs. Guess that makes all of us happy~cooler in the South after a hot summer and warmer up here after no summer.

Hi y'all in South Dakota. I live here in Oklahoma and I have been reading some of your posts just for fun. You guys are so cheerful and positive I think I will jump over the fence to your side. I especially love the "whatcha eatin" posts gives me some great ideas and makes me hungry. I love Okla but sometimes it's fun to travel even if it is through CD posts. Y'all have a great day.

Those pumpkins are moldy history. Suppose I'll have to do another one.

I wondered about doing ours so early...we have to do them on Sunday, since I will be gone all week out of town. I hope they keep! Keeping my fingers crossed that it won't get too warm for them this week!

Mr.Debey denyed me access, to the fridge, in the garage, to keep them under refridgeration. Even then, I'm pretty sure, we carved to early. The longest I've ever had one last is 7 days. and on the 7th day, it was questionable.........vaseline, on the "cuts" does help, I've done it, in the past.

OH gosh, I'm not sure if this is sharing a smile or if it's kind of depressing, but here goes~

Check out your local newspaper cause this story is probably in there.

A 62 year old man from Duluth, Mn. was arrested and pled guilty to driving his motorized La-Z-Boy chair while drunk. Seriously, his blood alcohol count was three times over the legal limit so they took him to court.
